Outlook Add-in Is Missing

If installed and enabled, the Outlook Add-in should appear above the list of email messages in the Outlook Mail section.

If the add-in stops loading when it previously worked, try the following steps to re-enable it:

Check Slow and Disabled COM Add-ins

  1. Within Outlook, navigate to File > Info.
  2. If JunxureOutlookAddins is in the list, click Options and select Do not monitor this add-in for the next 30 days.
  3. Click Apply.

Relaunch Outlook to see if the Add-in has loaded. If not, or it was not in the list, continue below:

Check Inactive or Disabled Application Add-ins

  1. Within Outlook, navigate to File > Options. The Outlook Options window will open.
  2. Click Add-ins from Options category list.
  3. Look for JunxureOutlookAddins in the Add-ins list. It may be in Inactive Application Add-ins, Disable Application Add-ins, or not listed. Follow the appropriate steps below based on its location.

Listed in Inactive Application Add-ins

  1. At the bottom of the window, set the Manage drop-down to COM Add-ins.
  2. Click Go.
  3. Select JunxureOutlookAddins.
  4. Click OK.
  5. Click OK in the Options window and return to your main Outlook view.

The Outlook Add-in should load.

Listed in Disabled Application Add-ins

  1. At the bottom of the window, set the Manage drop-down to Disabled Items.
  2. Click Go.
  3. Select Addin: JunxureOutlookAddins.AddinModule (adxloader.dll).
  4. Click Enable.
  5. Click OK in the Options window and return to your main Outlook view.

The Outlook Add-in should load.

Not Listed in the Add-ins Window

If JunxureOutlookAddins does not appear under Active, Inactive, or Disabled Application Add-ins, the Outlook Add-in may have been uninstalled.

This can be verified by going to Control Panel > Programs & Features or Settings > Apps (depending on your Windows version) and searching for the Junxure Outlook Add-in. If it does not show on this list, it will need to be reinstalled. See Installing the Junxure Outlook Add-in for more details.
