Junxure Opens in Wrong Browser from Outlook

A number of features of the Outlook Add-in allow you to open Junxure directly from Outlook to a specific Action, Record, or calendar item. However, you may find as you use these features that Junxure does not open in the browser you prefer or the browser set as your default.

Correcting this requires an edit to your Microsoft Windows Registry. Editing your registry can be dangerous and so unattended directions are not provided here in this help article.

If you need to have this corrected, please have your IT Contact Junxure Support and they will provide your IT with the registry value to edit to correct this situation.
