Viewing or Printing Captured Emails

Emails captured to a Junxure Record can be viewed within a Record they were captured to or as part of any Action they make have been linked to.

Browsing all Captured Emails for a Record

  1. Open any Record in Record Detail view.
  2. Navigate to the Email section.
  3. To view the contents of any email in the Grid, click Expand .
    • Once expanded, you can optionally Download the original .msg file to view the email in Outlook on your local machine. (Depending on the history of your database, this may not be available for all emails.)

Viewing an Email Linked to an Action

Emails specific to an Action can also be browsed as part of the Action’s Linked Items. See Linking Items to Actions for more details.

Captured emails cannot be printed directly from Junxure, but by taking advantage of the download feature detailed above, you can open the email msg in Outlook for easy printing.
