Accessing AE CRM from a mobile device will present the user with a mobile-friendly interface, giving you quick access to the most important information on the go, including Alerts, Records, and Actions.
The actual data of your database will not be any different, just the presentation and navigation of the interface will be adjusted to allow for a more comfortable mobile experience.
Alternatively, if you need access to the full functionality of AE CRM from a mobile device, you can request the desktop site from the Home screen.
