Adding Persons to a Record

Each Record in AdvisorEngine CRM can hold up to two Persons.

Adding a Person to a Record can be accomplished through a few different methods:

Adding a New Person to an Existing Record

  1. Navigate to the Record Detail view of the Record.
  2. Click the add control on the right of the Record/Person cards. The Enter Person Information window opens.
  3. Enter the appropriate information for the new Person. See the Person Details section of Profile Information Overview for more details on the fields available.
  4. Click Save.

Adding a New Person to an Existing Record (Legacy)

  1. Navigate to the Record Detail view of the Record.
  2. Navigate to the Profile > Contact Info > Basic Information section.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Click Add New. The Enter Person Information window opens.
  5. Enter the appropriate information for the new Person. See the Person Details section of Profile Information Overview for more details on the fields available.
  6. Click Save.

You can now enter more Contact Information, Personal Details, and Interests and Favorites for the new Person.
