Service Monitor Setup: Mapping Services

Before diving into defining the components of your Service Monitor, please be sure to review the Service Monitor Setup: Overview to gain an understanding of how each part works together.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Service Monitor.
  2. Under Mappings of Service Levels to Services, click Add New Mapping.
  3. Select the Service Level that this Mapping will apply to.
  4. Select the Service that this Mapping will apply to.
  5. The remaining fields will pre-fill based on the definition created for the Service. You may edit any of the default details as needed.
  6. Click Add to confirm the addition.
