Downloading a Previous Mail Merge Document

AdvisorEngine CRM allows you to re-download any merged letter document created through the Correspond > Letter function. Note that to appear in the Correspondence History list, a Recipient List must have been created when the letter merge was originally done.

  1. Navigate to Correspond > Correspondence History from the Site Navigation.
  2. Find and click the correspondence history item you want to re-download in the history Grid.
  3. Click View Document to initiate a download through your web browser.
