Viewing Alerts in the Mobile Interface

Accessing the Alerts section of AdvisorEngine CRM on a mobile device will bring up the following streamlined interface.

By default the mobile Alerts screen will show your Action alerts. Tap the FYI tab to see your FYI Alerts.

Tap the alert to see more details.

On any alert, swipe the alert from left to right to bring up the option to acknowledge the alert.

Swipe the alert from right to left to directly access the Action details of the Action the Alert refers to. See the Mobile Actions section for more details.
