Knowledge Base Setup and Access

Welcome to the AdvisorEngine CRM Help Center! Here you can access Help Articles and FAQ’s to help you use AE CRM to its fullest potential. Additionally, you can create a login for yourself to make and track support tickets should you have any trouble or questions unanswered by the Help Center. This is separate from your AE CRM login.

Creating a Login

  1. In the upper-right of the Help Center, click Sign Up.
  2. Enter your name, a valid email address, and complete the CAPTCHA.
  3. Click Sign Up.
  4. Check your email for a welcome message. In the email, click Accept the Invitation.
  5. You will be redirected back to the Help Center to create your password. Create your password and click Register.

My Area

Selecting My Area from the top navigation of the Help Center allows you to view all tickets you have submitted, organized by their current status.

My Profile

Once you are logged in, the Sign Up and Sign In controls are replaced with your user icon in the upper-right of the Help Center.

Click the icon and select View Profile to see your Community activity or make changes to your profile.

Select Manage Profile adjust your Photo, Name, Display Name, Contact Info, and Time Zone.
